What a surprise. A small restaurant tucked in the neighborhood. Small dining area with outside seating. Had the Supreme Shrimp Tacos which were seasoned perfectly and quite tasty. Also had the Chicken Street Tacos which were excellent. The service was friendly and very accommodating. This was an enjoyable visit and a must to try out.

Food has always been great. My husband and other family members love the torta. Today we ordered brunch for the first time. My picky 12 yr old wasn't about to try the breakfast torta but he did and ate half of it. My husband loved his half but said next time have them add some meat to it.

We tried another new restaurant tonight and WOW! This was the best Mexican food I have ever had! Salsa was amazing, steak chimichanga was huge and delicious, but the Birria tacos with the au jus dip were the show stoppers! The Margaritas were very good as well! We will be back for sure! If you are looking for a great place to eat, look no further!

Took my oldest and her, at the time, pending boyfriend. He had the 3 Birria tacos, she had the Birria quesadilla, and I had the Birria loaded nachos. We ordered question and chips as an appetizer. And we all had water as drinks. The queso and chips was a large portion! The chips were fresh and crisp, but the queso was lacking in flavor. It seemed to be just a Mexican cheese blend, there were no peppers, or other things to give it the kick I'm accustom too. My recommendation is to pass on this appetizer. The tacos were awesome according to the PBF, lol. He had been there before, so that should say something that he came back and ordered the same thing again. The came with a consume to dip in, and he added guacamole. My daughter had the quesadilla, and although it looked rather plain, it was loaded with flavor. Had to let it cool down as it was piping hot, but once cooled it just melted in your mouth. I had the nachos! And the were better than they looked!! The fresh pico on top was a deal sealer for me. It made up for the lack luster cheese, probably the same queso. Again the chips were fresh and crisp with just a hint of saltiness. The meat was tender and the consume on the side was a bowl of warm deliciosness. I'm not a sour cream fan so I got it on the side. My daughter quickly called dibs and dunked her quesadilla. My one complaint, and I'm being picky, because they don't charge for water. But for that cost savings, you can taste the chlorine from the tap. I would have gladly paid $1.00 for bottled or filtered water. But you get what you pay for. The atmosphere is rustic, with a pleasent touch of Latin culture sprinkled about. It is a cozy spot, so to say space inside is tight but it lends to the overall charm. Parking is a little odd as we had to park at a neighboring business, but not a bad thing, just odd. Service was excellent!! Orders were correct, served with a friendly smile, and checked on us twice to make sure everything was to our liking. It was well worth the $40 for 3 people to be stuffed. If your going to be near Wichester KY. And looking for a new place to try I highly recommend giving this great establishment your business.
